Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery timelines provided at checkout reflect the shipping carrier’s estimated transit time after your order has been processed.
Signature Requirement
All shipped orders require a signature upon delivery. This policy protects customers from lost or stolen packages and ensures secure delivery. Orders over $500 may require an adult signature.
Free Shipping
Orders over $750 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping still requires a signature upon delivery.
In-Store Pickup
Cardholder Pickup Only
Only the individual whose name appears on the order and payment method may pick up the order. Authorized third-party pickups are not permitted.
Photo ID Required
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.
The name on the ID must match the billing contact name used for the order.
Orders will not be released if identification does not match.
Pickup Window
The 3-day pickup window begins at the time the order is placed.
Orders must be collected within 3 calendar days of purchase.
Orders not picked up within 3 days will:
