Welcome to Experimax West Houston. By placing an online order, you agree to the terms below.


Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

All online orders are subject to verification and fraud screening.
Experimax West Houston reserves the right to:

  • Request additional identity verification
  • Cancel any order that cannot be verified
  • Refuse suspicious or high-risk transactions
  • Require a signature upon delivery
  • Require an adult (21+) signature for shipments that meet our high-value threshold
  • Limit quantities per customer

These measures protect our customers and our business.


Shipping Policy

All shipped orders require a signature upon delivery.Orders that meet our high-value criteria will require an adult (21+) signature, in accordance with carrier policies.Experimax West Houston is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Packages returned to sender due to missed signature attempts

  • Packages lost after successful delivery confirmation

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


Pricing & Availability

Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice.Experimax West Houston may cancel an order if:

  • Inventory is unavailable
  • A pricing error is identified
  • The transaction cannot be verified
  • Fraud is suspected

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued in full.


Returns & Refunds

All online returns and order cancellations are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.Returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.Final sale items include:

  • “AS IS” devices
  • Software
  • Activation keys
  • Digital goods
  • MaxCare+ after 7 days or after a claim is initiated

In-Store Pickup & Abandoned Orders

A valid government-issued photo ID matching the order name is required for pickup.Orders not picked up within 14 days of being marked “Ready for Pickup” will be considered abandoned and may be recycled, restocked, or returned to inventory.
No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.


Limitation of Liability

Experimax West Houston is not responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Software issues
  • Business interruption
  • Financial loss resulting from device issues or delays
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs

Experimax West Houston offers two types of device protection: the Standard Limited Warranty and the optional MaxCare+ Extended Service Plan. Coverage varies by product.


1. Standard Limited Warranty (Included with Most Devices)

Most devices sold by Experimax West Houston include a limited warranty covering hardware defects under normal use.This warranty:

  • Covers hardware defects or manufacturer-type failures
  • Has no deductible
  • Does not cover accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, cracked screens, or misuse
  • Does not cover damage caused by third-party repairs
  • Begins on the original purchase date

All claims must be evaluated first by Experimax West Houston or an authorized service provider.


2. MaxCare+ Extended Service Plan (Safeware)

MaxCare+ is an optional 2-year Extended Service Plan offered through Safeware.MaxCare+ provides:

  • Accidental damage protection (drops, spills, cracks)
  • Handling damage protection
  • Hardware defect coverage
  • Nationwide service at any Safeware-authorized repair center
  • Coverage that begins on the purchase date
  • Deductibles based solely on device type
  • Zero deductible for covered manufacturer-type defects (Safeware rules may vary)

MaxCare+ Refund Eligibility

MaxCare+ may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no claim has been opened.
After 7 days or once a claim is initiated, MaxCare+ becomes non-refundable.
